Summary:

Louisiana is the setting as young Tim Reid's (Breen) substantial inheritance is covered by a crooked attorney. Breen teems up with a Cajun innkeeper to foil the villain and sing some songs. Co-written by Clarence Muse with African-American poet Langston Hughes, who were also responsible for writing the songs, which include "Louisiana", and "Good Ground."
