Summary: During World War II, a mad scientist invents a secret formula that creates a army of monsters out of dead enemy soldiers. In retaliation, America creates Matthew Blackheart, a monster smashing machine, built from the remains of American war heroes. Now, fifty years later in New York City, Blackheart returns after being frozen in time to combat the threat of monster domination.
